Hannah & Amy’s thoughts on our upcoming Round the World Family Adventure
With just 1 week to go we are busy with our final preparations. So, what do the kids think about all of this? I asked each of them and here is what they said:
How did you respond when Mommy and Daddy first told you about the trip?
A&H: I don’t remember when they told me. I felt excited.
Our first airplane ride. We packed lots of activities to do!
What are you most looking forward to about the trip?
A: The airplane rides.
H: Doing my activity packs on the airplane and seeing the cute elephants!
Is there something from home you are going to miss?
We’ll miss you Sacha & Sammy!
A: The cats
H: Our TV (bigger than airplane TVs), my bed, the cats, the couch
This baby Asian elephant was so cute!!
Is there a specific country or place you are looking forward to?
A: Thailand, Iguazu Falls, and Malaysia…for the animals
H: Thailand, that’s where we’re going to sleep with the cute baby elephants
Even though it was cold in Italy, we got our gelato!!!
Is there a type of food you’re looking forward to trying?
A&H: Pasta & Gelato!!!
How do you feel about missing school?
A&H: Happy!!!
Are there people you are going to miss?
A&H: Our friends
I was so fast on the Treetop Canopy walk in Mulu National Park, Borneo, Malaysia!
Is there an activity you are looking forward to doing?
A&H: Tree-top canopy walk
H: Sleeping with the elephants
Dolphins!!! Kaikoura, New Zealand
Which animal are you looking forward to seeing?
A: Dolphins
H: Elephants
There you have it! The girls thought it was funny that I was ‘interviewing’ them 🙂 As for what my husband thinks about all this…he’s too busy to process! I’m hoping for some great family time and lots of fun adventures!
